Property Management Company and Its Huge Promise. Can It Deliver?

Property Management Company and Its Huge Promise. Can It Deliver?

Property management company, Omnicroft have announced a comprehensive plan that is sure to help real estate asset owners. These plans are geared for everyone including leasehold and freehold property owners, flat management companies and landlords.

Their plans cover an entire range of property management services including preparing of annual budget and year end accounts, collection of service charges, maintaining accounts, arranging insurance cover, contract cleaning and gardening, dispute management, company secretary services, risk management, and even compliance with health, fire and safety requirements. Clients do not have to worry about anything including environmental issues. Among the areas covered include Cambridge, Kent, Essex, and London.

“There are way too many companies that hide behind glitzy ads and over the top promises, but deliver zilch. Omnicroft is different because our philosophy is based on a proactive (as opposed to a reactive) approach. In fact, we don’t even have a call centre to manage clients. Every time someone calls, they speak directly to a property manager,” says a spokesperson at the ARMA and IRPM approved property management company. There is a dedicated property managing agent for every client.

The problem with large scale companies is that it becomes very difficult to trace contractors after a job’s done. But Omnicroft seems to have a solution to this problem- all contractors including gardeners, electricians, etc. are chosen locally.

“Communication is the key to effective business, and Omnicroft understands this well. That is why we communicate regularly with clients and update them about the status of their current and ongoing matters in their blocks or estates,” adds the spokesperson. The company has more than 28 year of experience in this industry.

Property management companies are a great way to help people manage their assets, but not all of them are alike. And unfortunately people realize this only after the damage done. And in most cases, damages are severe including possible litigation and even punitive action.
