Owner Statements for Key Financial Insights
SimplifyEm.com Property Management Software provides property managers with access to detailed “Owner Statements,” offering key financial insights to property owner clients. These statements include the following critical information:
- Opening cash balance
- Net income for each managed property, including transaction details
- Any owner contributions or draws made during the month
- Ending balance for the month
Generate and print individual “Owner Statement
As a property manager, you can easily generate and print individual “Owner Statements” to share with your property owner clients. Follow these steps to create an Owner Statement:
- Navigate to the Reports page by clicking on the Reports link located at the bottom side of the dashboard.
- Scroll down to the Monthly Owner Report section and select the owner’s name for whom you wish to generate the report.
- The Monthly Owner Report will appear in a separate browser window, allowing you to review and print the statement.
