As a property manager, how can I brand my reports?
Personalize reports
SimplifyEm.com’s Property Management Software allows you to personalize reports, adding a professional touch when communicating with property owners. Currently, you can brand two key reports: the Owner Statement and the Vendor Balance Report.
To brand your reports, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Reports page by clicking the “Reports” link at the top of the dashboard.
- On the right-hand side, you’ll find the “Brand your Reports” widget. Here’s how to add your personal touch:
- Attach your company logo by clicking the Attach Logo link. Make sure your logo image size is within 310px by 120px.
- Add your contact information by clicking the ‘Add your Contact Info’ link. This same contact information will also appear on tenant rent reminders and late notices.
