How do I view my lease terms?

Viewing lease terms for a tenant in SimplifyEm.com Property Management Software is simple and efficient. Follow these steps to access and edit the lease details:

Step 1: Navigate to the Tenant Center

1. Go to the “Tenant Center” page by clicking on Tenants and Tenants Center.

 

 

2. From the list, select the property where the tenant resides.

Step 2: View Lease Terms

1. Click on the tenant’s row to select it.
2. The “Lease Terms” widget will appear on the right side of the page, displaying all the details of the tenant’s lease.

 

 

Step 3: Edit Lease Terms (Optional)

• To make changes to the lease, click the EDIT link within the “Lease Terms” widget. This will allow you to update the lease details as needed.
