It's well designed. It does what I need it to do.

It's very user friendly, anybody could use it. With the support video links that were sent, I was able to get most of it done before I even got into training.

I love the rapid customer support that's available to me - there are a lot of platforms out there, but they'll leave you strung out alone to figure it out. The SimplifyEm team always answers quickly, and helps me learn the site functions if I am unsure about something, or solves any issues I may have. The site is easy to use, and is great for managing my property books for myself and my clients.

Though I have only been with SimplifyEm for a short time, I already love how everything is well-organized—vendors, owners, and tasks. Everything is all neatly separated. This has really helped streamline things. It’s been a great experience so far—definitely a 10 out of 10! I’m looking forward to continuing my work with SimplifyEm. Everything runs smoothly and quickly, with no bugs at all. In contrast, previous software and companies I’ve worked with, like Apartments.com, were slow and had bugs.

The support from SimplifyEM is awesome. I mostly use their phone support. They breakdown the information/assistance in walking me through aspects of the website in small understandable steps. They are a 10/10 and I would highly recommend this business.
