Every web browser downloads images, web pages and other content when you visit sites and this content is stored on your computer. It is called browser’s cache. Over time a lot of content can be downloaded and it can impact the performance of your browser and computer. You can free up the space on your computer and improve the interaction with SimplifyEm Property Management Software by clearing up the browser cache.
Please follow the steps below to clear up the cache of supported browsers
Internet Explorer
1. Open your browser and then click on Tools menu to select the Delete Browsing History.
2. Select Delete Browsing History to open the window. You can also open the window by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete. A popup will open up.
3. Look the picture above and select the suggested selections below:
a. Unselect Preserve Favorites website data
b. Select Temporary Internet files
c. Select Cookies
d. Select Form data
4. Click the Delete button near the bottom of the popup.
5. Close the browser, Open it again to access SimplifyEm Property Management Software

Firefox
1. Open your browser, click on Tools menu and select the Clear Recent History. You can also open up the popup by selecting Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
2. On popup click Everything for Time range to clear.
3. Click on Details and select all boxes (see image above)
4. Select Clear now
5. Close the browser, Open it again to access SimplifyEm Property Management Software
