How to View Documents?

The “Documents” tab in the SimplifyEm Tenant Portal is a central location where tenants can access important documents shared by their property manager. This feature is designed to make document management easy and convenient, providing tenants with digital access to essential files such as lease agreements, payment receipts, notices, policies, and other property-related documents.

In the “Documents” tab, tenants can view, download, and securely store important information without the need for paper copies. This section is organized for easy navigation, ensuring tenants can quickly find and access the documents they need at any time.

By centralizing documents in one accessible location, the “Documents” tab enhances communication and transparency between property managers and tenants, helping both parties stay informed and compliant with leasing requirements and updates.

To view specific document types in the tenant portal, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the tenant portal with your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the **Documents** tab in the main menu.

3. Within the Documents section, click on the **All** option.

4. From there, you can choose the particular document type you wish to view from the available list.
