Yes, you can export your data using SimplifyEm.com Property Management Software. If you upgrade to the Premium plan, you will have the ability to export all your income and expense transactions for all your properties directly to a spreadsheet or to QuickBooks. This feature is particularly useful for property managers who want to maintain detailed records and streamline their accounting processes.

How to Initiate an Export

To initiate the export, simply navigate to the Reports page within the software, from there, you can easily select the data you wish to export, making it convenient to generate comprehensive financial reports or to transfer information into your existing accounting systems. Please note that a subscription plan that supports premium features is required for this functionality. You should either have or upgrade to a subscription that supports more than 50 properties or the plus version of lower subscription plans (P10+, P20+ or P30+).
